Erin Pfeifer

A remodel is about more than the finished space. It’s about trusting someone with the place where your family makes its memories. Erin believes FHI has to earn that trust at every step, so clients look back knowing they made the right decision.

Erin grew up in Manhattan, Kansas, and managed retail and customer service teams before joining FHI. That work taught Erin that a customer’s experience depends on the people delivering it. Erin joined FHI in 2015 in an administrative role and grew with the company, taking on office management, accounting, human resources and, eventually, financial and organizational leadership. That path showed Erin how every department shapes a client’s project.

Today, as Chief Financial Officer, Erin works mostly behind the scenes, overseeing finances, human resources, administrative operations and technology. Clients feel that work as stability: sound finances, clear processes and a team equipped to keep its commitments. Erin’s biggest focus is FHI’s culture. When people feel supported and know what’s expected, they communicate better and deliver a better experience. Much of the job is catching problems early. Erin belongs to the Construction Financial Management Association, the Society for Human Resource Management and Flint Hills SHRM, and is involved with various events through the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. Erin and wife Jamie have two grown children, Austyn and Peyton, and two dogs, Quinn and Lewey. Outside work, Erin enjoys the gym, house projects, time with family and friends, fostering rescue dogs and learning new things. .
